Overview

PDM Groundworks was founded by Phil McLintic in 2015. Previous to PDM Norfolk Phil was site manager for firms such as GSD Construction.  

Over the years Phil has grown the business to include a full range of groundworks, civil engineering and sewage connection services.

He is supported by a friendly, experienced and professional team, all with the qualifications and accreditations required for any domestic or commercial site.

We are Streetworks (Supervisors and Operatives) accredited for sewage connections and licenses, Confined Spaces, CSCS and CPCS.

We complete projects for large scale developments, new builds and private homeowners.

    New build - sewage connection

    PDM Norfolk have just completed a huge sewage connection for a new build we are developing.

    They outlined and provided all of the paperwork and licenses that would be required and completed the job on time and on budget. Couldn't have asked for more. A nice team too.

    We regularly outsource our groundworks on new developments to PDM. They have so much experience of managing sites that we can all get on with our day jobs knowing everything is being done safely and professionally.

    The PDM team also have all the qualifications and accreditations that we require in order to meet our standards.
